Construction steps and precautions for the equipment of the curbstone sliding form paver: 1. Construction layout: Measurement and layout shall be carried out on the completed upper layer, with each control pile at 10 meters for straight sections and 5 meters for curved sections. The quality requirements and allowable deviations for measurement and layout should comply with the specifications. 2. Placing the curbstone forming machine: Align the pointer at the front of the machine with the placed measuring line, ensuring that the machine walks along the placed line position. 3. Mixing and transportation of asphalt mixture: The asphalt mixture is produced at a mixing station and transported by a 25T dump truck. 4. Loading: The loader cooperates with manual loading, and the dump truck unloads the material in two stages into the shovel truck. The shovel truck follows the machine in reverse, and the hot material inside the shovel is manually placed into the material truck. The machine can automatically move forward by squeezing the material through the mixer truck.
